New ODG JL 500 Drilling and Tapping Center with Siemens 828 D Control

ODG JL 500 drilling and tapping center equipped with a Siemens 828 D CNC control system. The machine is new, fully installed and has never been put into production. The 15000 rpm BT30 spindle is driven by a 5.5 kW spindle motor. X/Y/Z travels are 500 x 400 x 300 mm, and the 650 x 400 mm worktable is T-slotted for fixture mounting. Rapid traverse on X/Y/Z is 48 m/min. Tool changing is handled by a 16-tool disc-type magazine. The electrical cabinet houses Siemens SINAMICS drive units. The machine carries the ODG brand marking and the JL 500 drilling and tapping center designation.
