Used RIFA RFMH 630 Horizontal Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MD

RIFA RFMH 630 horizontal machining center built for high-volume, multi-face machining of box-type and prismatic parts. The machine is controlled by the FANUC Series 0i-MD CNC system with USB data transfer for fast program loading, and the servo package is made up entirely of FANUC Alpha drives. A 630 x 630 mm worktable with pallet changer allows workpieces to be loaded and unloaded while cutting continues, and the table indexes in 1° x 1′ increments for accurate angular positioning. All three axes run on linear guideways, with travels of 1000 mm in X, 750 mm in Y and 800 mm in Z. The BT50 spindle reaches 6,000 rpm and is supported by a 24-tool mechanical-arm tool magazine for rapid tool changes. A chain-type chip conveyor handles swarf removal for continuous production. The machine is available for inspection.
