Used Taikan T-V 856 B Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 80 Control

Taikan T-V 856 B vertical machining center equipped with the Mitsubishi M 80 CNC control system. The machine uses a direct-drive spindle rated at 12000 rpm, driven by an 11 kW spindle motor, and is paired with a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer for fast, repeatable tool changes. Rapid traverse reaches 36 m/min on all three axes, and the axis motion runs quietly. An oil chiller supports stable spindle thermal conditions, while an oil mist separator keeps the working enclosure clean. Test-cut accuracy measures 0.01 mm.
