Used TONTEC MCH 50 Horizontal Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MD

TONTEC MCH 50 horizontal machining center equipped with the FANUC 0i-MD CNC control system and FANUC Alpha large-capacity servo drives. The machine carries a 40-taper spindle, a 30-tool mechanical-arm automatic tool changer, and three-axis roller linear guideways for rigid, high-accuracy machining. Chip handling is covered by a dual-screw chip conveyor together with a dragon-boat type chip conveyor. A 500-class horizontal machining center built by TONTEC (Nantong Technology), supplied as a complete machine.
