Used ROKU-ROKU MEGA 360 High-Speed Vertical Micro Machining Center

This ROKU-ROKU MEGA 360 is a vertical high-speed micro machining center built by ROKU ROKU SANGYO. LTD, Tokyo, and carries serial number H 140 with a 2001 year of manufacture. It is equipped with a FANUC Series 16 i-M CNC control system. Axis travels are X 410 mm, Y 330 mm and Z 200 mm, and the worktable measures 600 x 330 mm. The machine uses an HSK-E 25 spindle with a maximum spindle speed of 36,000 rpm, and all three axes are fitted with full closed-loop linear scale feedback. A 20-station automatic tool magazine is included. The machine is configured for micro-hole drilling, micro electrode machining and the finishing of precision optical molds. It is under power in place and can be trial-run and inspected on site.
